Buying property abroad – historically
Although some did buy without viewing, It’s not something we would have recommended in the past.
Now though, with 360°photography, videos, Google Earth, and drone shots – all now possible, buying a property without physically first viewing the property has become viable. As you might expect, it would be at the buyer’s own risk.
Making it happen
If your choice came down to one or two properties and you cannot visit, we would facilitate the provision of the best and most revealing images we are able to obtain and send those over to you.
Whatever flexibility there is on price, we would help you negotiate the best deal then take care of the processes of moving forward.
As with buying whilst present, purchases when absent would be conducted through a specialist property lawyer.
